Administration Officer
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding Administration Officer to provide high level administrative support to patients and members of the primary care team. The role is based within the reception and liaises with all departments to ensure an efficient and accurate admissions process for all our patients.

Essential Criteria
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload appropriately
- Ability to work within a team and under pressure
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills including; ability to take initiative, application of problem solving, and capability in decision making
- Exceptional knowledge and application of customer service principles
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- National Police Check certificate–No older than 3 months on application
- COVID-19 Vaccination certificate
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health fund agreements
- Knowledge and understanding of Patient Management Systems including WebPAS and Blue Chip
- Experience and ability working and interacting with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
